Goods from uncontrolled areas won't be sold in civilized countries - Groysman

Goods from the areas of Donetsk, Luhansk regions and Crimea that are not controlled by Kyiv cannot be sold in any civilized country in the world, Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman has said.

"There cannot be any legal production, registration in the territory temporarily occupied by Russia: in Donbas or in Crimea. Therefore, all the products, all Ukrainian minerals - maybe they will also export soil to Russia - anything that can be stolen there cannot be sold in any civilized country," he said during the "hour of the government" in the Verkhovna Rada.

The prime minister noted such conditions are stipulated by international legal norms, there is no need to make any additional decisions with regard to this.

According to Groysman, trade in Ukrainian minerals not by representatives of Ukraine is a theft.
