Ukraine's plans for EU membership unchanged, says PM
Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has said that Ukraine's policy aimed towards integration into the European Union hasn't changed.
He announced this presenting a bill on the fundamentals of domestic and foreign policy in parliament on Thursday.
"Ukraine's Eurointegration line has not changed," Azarov has said.
He said that Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych ordered the government to complete the talks with the EU about the provision of visa free travel for Ukrainian citizens.
"These negotiations are carried out consistently, and I hope we will settle this issue within timeframes set by the president," the prime minister summed up.
