Russia is avoiding the participation in hearings by the Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague of the lawsuit related to the seizure of Crimean filling stations belonged to public joint-stock company Ukrnafta, Ukrnafta Head Mark Rollins said at a press conference in Kyiv on Tuesday.

"Russia is avoiding the participation in the lawsuit hearings and this delays the process… I am afraid that the proceedings will be long, but this is the matter of principle. The company must protect its assets," he said.

Rollins said that the hearings in the lawsuit have not yet started.
