Poroshenko is ultimate beneficiary of over 100 companies in Ukraine, abroad

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has declared over 100 companies the ultimate beneficiary of which he is.

The list includes public joint-stock company closed non-diversified corporate investment fund Prime Assets Capital that unites many assets of Poroshenko.

The president is the ultimate beneficiary of Central-European Confectionary Company LLC, subsidiary Roshen Confectionary Corporation, private limited liability company Roshen Europe B.V. (the Netherlands), public joint-stock company Kyiv Roshen Confectionary Factory and its subsidiaries, Vinnytsia Roshen Confectionary Factory, Vinnytsia Roshen Dairy Factory, Kremenchuk Roshen Confectionary Factory, Mariupol Roshen Confectionary Factory, Roshen Exclusive LLC, Roshen Biscuit Complex, Roshen Plus, Roshen Volyn, Roshen Polissia, Roshen-Zodiak, Roshen-Lviv, Roshen-Kryvbas, Roshen-Kherson, Roshen-Mariupol, Roshen-Prykarpattia, Roshen-Khmelnytsky, Roshen Svit, Roshen De Lux, Roshen Bukovyna, Roshen-Grand, Roshen-Product, Kondyteropttorh and Candy Trade House.

He owns Bonbonetti Choco Confectionary Factory, Bonbonetti LLC, Choco Bonita LLC in Hungary, CJSC ROSHEN in Lithuania, Roshen Food LLC (Shanghai) in China, Lipetsk Confectionary Factory, RoshenTrans LLC and Roshen LLC in Russia and Roshen-Polska LLC in Poland.

Poroshenko is the ultimate beneficiary of International Investment Bank, public joint-stock company Leninska Kuznia and its subsidiaries, Sevastopol Shipyard and its subsidiaries, Sevmorverf LLC, Sevmortrans motor transport enterprise, CJSC Admiralteiskaya financial and insurance company, NBM and Express-Inform television and radio broadcasting companies that are owners of Channel 5 TV.

The president also mentioned Ukrprominvest-Trade LLC, UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO, Intercorn Trade House, private joint-stock company Podillia Food Company, Zoria Podillia Food Company, Krakhmaloproduct Trade House, public joint-stock company Kryzhopil Sugar Refinery, private enterprise Delta Firm, Agroprodinvest Group LLC, public joint-stock company Trostianets District Enterprise Agromash, Vinnytsia grain production center two, Mas-Agro LLC, Dniproagrolan agrofirm LLC, Progress-NT LLC, Ivankivtsi agrofirm LLC, Pravoberezhne LLC, Bassika-2010 LLC, Kyivgate Investment LLC and public joint-stock company Dniprovsky Starch-Molasses Complex in his declaration.

The president controls public joint-stock company Kyiv Experimental Constructions Plant, Piskovsky Glass Product Plant, Invest Consult LLC, Interstarch Ukraine LLC, Zhyl-Uyut LLC, Plus Distribution Center, Milk Trans LLC, Kondyter-trans, public joint-stock company Lvivhurtbakalia, Ukroptbakalia, Ukroptkulttobary and Medservice-Plus LLC.

Poroshenko owns Krayina insurance company, Monitor sports and recreation complex, Ekran Firm LLC, Maximum TV-Kyiv LLC, Maximum TV-Dnipropetrovsk LLC, Maximum TV-Donetsk LLC, Maximum TV-Mykolaiv LLC and Intercorn Corn Processing Industry.

His Feruvita S.L. LLC and Centris Limited are registered in Spain, Eray-System Limited LLC, Telaview Limited and CII Confectionary Investments Limited are registered in Cyprus and private limited liability company Prime Assets Partners Limited is registered in British Virgin Islands.

Since January 2012, Poroshenko holds 9,000 shares of International Investment Bank (UAH 13.518 million), since March 2006 – 7,815 shares of Prime Assets Capital (UAH 7.815 million) and since October 2005 – 375 shares of Prime Assets Capital (UAH 375,000), since July 1993 – 99 shares of Joint-Stock Commercial Industrial-Investment Bank (UAH 990,000).

Since August 22, 2014, Poroshenko has managed 1,000 shares of Prime Asset Partners Limited registered abroad.

The president also owns 93.93% of Ekran Firm LLC (UAH 16.5 million).
