Ukrainian parliamentarian Nadia Savchenko, of the Batkivschyna faction, calls for dialogue with Donbas without Russia's involvement.

"There can be no elections in a territory seized by an enemy, which is dictating its rules. I want Ukrainians to start talking amongst themselves. I am ready to do this and apply all possible efforts, but without the neighbor's and the enemy's interference," Savchenko said at a press conference in Kyiv on Wednesday.

At the same time, Savchenko said, "I am ready to talk with anyone, including enemies and friends, so that the state returns mothers their children home safe and sound."
