Canadian specialists train second group of Ukrainian military instructors in Lviv region
The International Peacekeeping and Security Centre of Hetman Petro Sahaidachny Land Forces Academy hosts the training course of the Ukrainian servicemen in the framework of the International Training and some 20 Ukrainian military have got certificates on course completion, the press service of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine has reported.
The Ukrainian instructors will join the process of training Ukrainian military servicemen.
Canadian, U.S., and Latvian instructors conduct drills. They are members of the Joint Multinational Training Command.
Canadian officer Michael Dube said that the training course lasts for 55 days. The training is organized under the NATO standards, and the instructors teach the Ukrainian military to teach other soldiers under progressive standards, he said.
