The militants opened fire on Ukrainian military positions in Donbas 29 times in the past 24 hours, the press center for the military operation said on Facebook.

The militants "used firearms, grenade launchers and large-caliber guns to open fire in the direction of our positions not far from Donetsk and on the outskirts of Horlivka from time to time," the headquarters said.

Specifically, the enemy used weapons in the area of Maryinka, Pisky, Opytne, Novhorodske and Luhanske last night.

The militants did not use weapons on the Mariupol and Luhansk tracks.

"There were ceasefire breaches after midnight," the report says.
