Luhansk governor reports about damage of pipe supplying water to occupied territory in Donbas

Luhansk regional military civilian administration head Heorhiy Tuka has reported about the damage of a water pipe in territory that is uncontrolled by Kyiv.

"A water pipe that supplies water to households in the occupied areas has been damaged. Water is delivered by other means. This has resulted in a 30% decline in the pressure [of the pipe]," Tuka wrote on his Facebook account on Monday.

Repairs may take more than 24 hours, he said.

Tuka also reported that the number of people willing to cross the contact line had decreased to 200 people a day. He also announced five warming centers had opened in the region.

What is more, he reported that electricity in the region was supplied without interruption and outages.
