The Minsk agreements on the withdrawal of weapons and hardware from the contact line are being fully met by Ukraine and in most cases by the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, Ukrainian Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak has said.

"The withdrawal tasks are being accomplished by us and, in most cases, by the terrorist groups practically along the whole engagement line. Whenever we have any questions, we turn to the OSCE that provides verification and takes measures towards the withdrawal," Poltorak told reporters in Kharkiv on Wednesday.

Ukraine is withdrawing weapons and hardware in accordance with the schedule, he said. "The planned withdrawal of 100mm artillery systems began in three sectors today. It will last for three days, a report will be filed afterwards and the quality of the withdrawal will be checked before the next stage begins; the arms withdrawal required by the Minsk agreements will end on November 12," Poltorak said.
