Ukrainian PM again urges Russia to accept debt rescheduling offer, says 'there will be no better terms'

Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has urged Russia to accept the debt payment offer.

"I am again calling on Russia to accept our offer; Russia will not be offered better terms," he said at a government meeting on Friday, noting that Russia was not a member of the creditors committee.

"Russia said yesterday it wanted the entire sum. So let me give them some public advice: those who took the money have been given political asylum in Russia, let them call for those bandits they are harboring and take the money from them or bring them [those people] here. We will gladly start proceedings on everyone who received the funds and embezzled money of the Ukrainian state," the prime minister said.
