Russia's veto in the UN Security Council didn't stop the global society's intention to create an international legal mechanism to punish those guilty of downing MH 17 flight of Malaysian Airlines, Ukrainian Foreign Minister has said.

"Depending on the development of investigation and our actions, we'll find the best option," Klimkin said on ICTV channel.

Particularly, the minister named one of such options as the creation of a hybrid tribunal – when five countries will sign the agreement and will work accordingly. In addition, some work can be done within the national jurisdiction.

"Two veto rights within a month show what Russia is today. But we'll find a mechanism for sure," the minister said.
