The head of state urged to hold discussion on reforms in the National Reforms Council, which would allow increasing the number of supported government's decisions in the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's parliament.

"The passing of reform initiatives via the government and Verkhovna Rada should be as quick as possible," he said.

The head of state pointed at the necessity of increasing coordination in reform conducting and ordered Head of Presidential Administration Borys Lozhkin to join the coordination process and said that the decree under which Lozhkin is appointed Deputy Head of the National Reforms Council has been signed. Lozhkin will coordinate and control the implementation of the council's decisions.

"I'm waiting for effective steps in this direction," Poroshenko said.
