Poroshenko approves Lozhkin as Deputy Head of National Reforms Council – decree

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has made changes to the structure of the National Reforms Council by decree.

According to the decree, which has been published on the president's website, Presidential Administration Head Borys Lozhkin has been appointed as Deputy Head of the National Reforms Council of Ukraine.

Poroshenko dismissed representative of Reanimation Package of Reforms Dmytro Kotliar from the Council by the same decree.

As reported, in July 2014, Poroshenko signed a decree to create the National Reforms Council as a special presidential consultative agency on implementing a unified state policy of reforms in Ukraine. The President of Ukraine is the Head of this agency, which includes governmental representatives, representatives of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, high officials from the National Bank of Ukraine, civil activists.
