Ukraine's representative in the humanitarian affairs working group of the trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine said a subgroup meeting in Minsk on Tuesday had involved "difficult" talks.

"There will be no comments, not today at least. Difficult talks. The Ukrainian representatives are defending the Ukrainian position honorably and firmly. That isn't to everyone's liking," Iryna Heraschenko wrote on Facebook.
