Israel is ready to help Ukraine in creating a rehabilitation center for victims of shell attacks, Israel's Ambassador to Ukraine Eliav Belotserkovsky has said.

"We are in talks with the Ukrainian government over Israel's possible participation in the creation of a rehabilitation center. We have rich experience, and we are ready to share this experience with Ukraine," the ambassador told Interfax-Ukraine.

Israel is already organizing courses for psychologists to work with people living in military-conflict zones, he said.

"In Israel, there is a large number of civilians who live in the zone of artillery shelling. These people normally develop certain psychological traumas. We have very rich experience in working with such people. In Ukraine, too, there is a fairly large number of people who need this sort of help. We have already conducted nine workshops for Ukrainian psychologists where Israeli psychologists, who have work experience in this field, share methods and newest technologies (of working) with such people with their Ukrainian colleagues and are ready to do this sort of courses both in Kharkiv and Kharkiv region," the Israeli ambassador said.
