Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers on Wednesday approved a draft law on the National Anti-Corruption Bureau, Minister of the Cabinet Hanna Onyschenko has announced.

The bill regulates acts on avoiding the overlapping of social services between other agencies, she said.

She also said that the government had approved an order regarding a tender to hire members of the National Agency for Counteracting and Preventing Corruption.

She said that the tender committee would include Members of Parliament, representatives of the Presidential Administration, the Cabinet, the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, and four public organizations engaged in anti-corruption activity.

Onyschenko went on to say that the government had determined the procedure for special examination of state officials under categories one to three, which covers judges, prosecutors, investigators, heads and their deputies of national agencies.
