PGO head suspends two senior officials

Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin has signed an order suspending two senior officials of the Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) while an internal investigation is conducted.

Deputy Prosecutor General Oleksiy Bahanets, and Chief of the PGO Main Investigative Directorate Ihor Scherbyna have been suspended.

According to the PGO's website, Shokin's order is dated March 25, 2015.
