Ukrainian MP Honcharenko to leave Moscow on Monday - lawyer

Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleksiy Honcharenko, detained by the police during the mourning march for slain politician Boris Nemtsov in Moscow on Sunday will leave Russia on Monday.

"He will leave for Kyiv today," lawyer Mark Feygin told Interfax on Monday.

He said that the time of the deputy's departure would depend on available flights.

The Moscow police said earlier it had no claims against Honcharenko and he could freely leave the Russian territory.

The Russian Investigative Committee reported on Sunday the detention of Verkhovna Rada MP Honcharenko on administrative counts of disobedience to lawful demands of the police during the mourning march in Moscow.
