Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko expressed gratitude to NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg for the support of NATO member states to Ukraine.

"We count on unity and solidarity of NATO countries, "Poroshenko said, as his press service reported on Saturday.

During the meeting with the Ukrainian leader on the sidelines of the Munich conference on Saturday, Stoltenberg said NATO would strengthen the collective security system and provide political and practical support to Ukraine.

Besides, the parties discussed the situation in Donbas.
