The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) has observed a convoy of military fuel tankers and military trucks, with a civilian vehicle with "DPR" (Donetsk People's Republic) on the number plates.

"At a location 15 km east of Donetsk, the SMM observed a convoy of 19 military fuel tankers and eight military trucks, with a civilian vehicle with 'DPR' on the number plates at the rear and front of the convoy. Three armed men in green military-style uniform (without insignia) were in each of the civilian vehicles," reads a regular SMM report for November 27 posted on the OSCE website on Friday.
