Russian President Vladimir Putin said he had agreed with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko on issues concerning humanitarian aid to the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

"We have spoken about the need to render humanitarian aid to Donetsk and Luhansk. We have also agreed on the way of our interaction," Putin told reporters after his bilateral meeting with Poroshenko.
