Ukrainian business tycoon Rinat Akhmetov is now in Kyiv where he has been busy organizing the early presidential elections in Donbas.

"Rinat Akhmetov is in Kyiv. He has been doing everything possible to help run the elections in Donbas," Akhmetov's spokeswoman Olena Dovzhenko told Interfax-Ukraine on Sunday.

"Akhmetov was planning to fly to Donetsk to cast his ballot," she said, adding, "As you can see, there are no conditions in the city for voting."
