Polish Premier Donald Tusk is to meet with European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso to discuss the situation in Ukraine.

"I know that this meeting has been confirmed, [and] we're expecting the Polish premier to meet with President Barroso on Thursday," European Commission spokesperson Pia Ahrenkilde Hansen said at a briefing in Brussels on Tuesday.
