Special purpose vehicles gathered in Kyiv and could be used against Euromaindan, says opposition
Special purpose vehicles have arrived to the capital of Ukraine from the regions, MP Anatoliy Hrytsenko (the Batkivschyna faction) said.
"I confirm that personnel of the State Emergency Service subordinated to Lebedev [Defense Minister Pavlo Lebedev] with special purpose vehicles, which are intended to localize emergencies, has arrived to Kyiv. We saw them. They swept Maidan [at night from December 10 to December 11]," Hrytsenko said at a briefing at the national opposition headquarters in Kyiv on Saturday.
Hrytsenko said that the national opposition headquarters monitor all movements of law-enforcers and has true information.
The lawmaker believes that Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Andriy Kliuyev is behind the said scenario.
"The main ideologist and organizer of all the provocations has been already known – Andriy Kliuyev, Secretary of the NSDC - the structure which is to localize threats, while it creates threats," the lawmaker said.
