No incidents occur at Kyiv's Maidan at night
No incidents were registered last night in the camp of protesters at Kyiv's main square Maidan.
The concert hosted by Ruslana Lyzhychko was held at the stage installed at Maidan the entire night, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported. Several hundred people were near the scene, others were warming themselves by fires or sleeping in tents or in the House of Unions nearby.
Protesters actively discussed dismantling the barricades and the posts at Hrushevskoho, Shovkovychna and Liuteranska Streets, which blocked approaches to the presidential administration and other administrative buildings. People, who participated in guarding the posts, later returned to the camp.
Police buses remain at Kyiv's main street Khreschatyk near European Square and at the intersection with Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Street, still surrounded by Ukrainian interior troops.
The situation is calm near the Kyiv's state city administration as well. The building has lights on inside and people enter it freely.
Hrushevskoho Street is closed to traffic and pedestrians.
