Three new political parties registered in Ukraine, 172 in total, says Justice Ministry
Three new political parties have been registered in Ukraine, the Justice Ministry has reported.
Among them is the Spravedlyva Ukrayina Party (Just Ukraine), founded on April 28, 2009 at its the founding congress. Roman Tokar (born in 1975, director general of the Tako Ltd.) was chosen as its leader.
The Party of Strong Government was registered on the basis of its founding congress on August 20, 2008. Its leader is Larysa Serhiyenko (born in 1970, and the Deputy Director of the ABV-Comby Ltd.).
Apart from that, the Local Government Party was registered. Its founding congress was held on May 2, 2009. The party's leader is Oleksiy Rzhetsky (born in 1966, who is an assistant to an MP).
There were 172 political parties in Ukraine as of July 15.
