The surnames of second president of Ukraine (1995-2005) Leonid Kuchma and ex-chairman of Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Lytvyn were not mentioned in the verdict on former chief of the external surveillance department of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry, Oleksiy Pukach, the text of which was announced at Pechersky District Court of Kyiv.

"The verdict was written very thoroughly, but the court forgot to repeat one of the testimonies of Pukach, where he, in addition to Kravchenko (ex-interior minister), mentioned Lytvyn and Kuchma. I think that in the end we'll see that the court will say that Kravchenko gave all instructions and this will break off all threads to the customers [of murder]," lawyer of wife of killed journalist Myroslava Gongadze, Valentyna Telychenko, stated as the Channel Five reported.

"The court is under the influence of exterior people," she said.
