National joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrainy has invited qualified providers to send their price assessments for public affairs services in Europe and North America, the company's press service has reported.

"Price assessments are requested with the view to form an expected purchase value for an open bidding procedure to be held through ProZorro e-procurement system in December 2017," the press service said.

The provider shall perform the following key tasks: arrange the customer’s meetings with relevant representatives of the EU institutions, relevant authorities in the Energy Community member states and North America; maintain regular communications with relevant opinion leaders and media in the Energy Community member states and North America; and establish regular dialogue with leading think tanks and relevant experts in Europe and North America.

Naftogaz Ukrainy unites oil and gas production assets in Ukraine, and is the country's gas transit, underground gas storage, and oil pipeline transportation monopoly.
