Agroholding 2012 LLC (Khmelnytsky region), belonging to the co-owners of the chain of construction materials hypermarkets Epicenter-K and Nova Linia, Halyna and Oleksandr Hereha, intends to purchase Obolon Agro LLC (Khmelnytsky region) from PrJSC Obolon (Kyiv), a large beer producer.

According to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMC), it allowed Agroholding 2012 to purchase over 50% in Obolon Agro.

Obolon Agro, engaged in cultivation and harvesting of barley, livestock breeding, in 2016 reduced net income by 8%, to UAH 199.64 million, its net profit fell by 29.6 times, to UAH 2.05 million.

The owner of 99.99% in the company is PrJSC Obolon, whose beneficiary is its president Oleksandr Slobodian. According to the website of Obolon, this is the only agrarian subsidiary of the beer enterprise.

Agroholding 2012 was established in September 2015. Its beneficiaries are Halyna and Oleksandr Hereha through Offerent venture fund.
