Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has said that in 2018, some UAH 3 billion is planned to send to support livestock breeding. Farmers would also have access to no-interest loans to develop meat and milk production.

"We must turn to the development of livestock breeding. I think that we can send about UAH 3 billion next year to support the revival of livestock. I want that in 2018 our agro-industrial producers get access and they will have access to no-interest loans for the restoration of livestock in Ukraine," he said at an event on the occasion of the Day of Agricultural Workers in Kyiv on Friday.

According to the prime minister, no-interest loans will mean access of agrarians to dozens of billions of hryvnias.

"The banking system will be ready to work, and you will get loans," Groysman said.
