The government's committee for economic, financial and legal policies has approved Ukraine's draft energy strategy until 2035, Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Kistion has said.

"This document is strategic one. It determines the goals of our state in the energy sector until 2035 and global steps to achieve them," he wrote on his Facebook page.

The energy strategy will be presented to the government.
