Investments in Nibulon transshipment terminal in Kherson region come to UAH 500 mln
Investments in the construction of a transshipment terminal of Nibulon company for grain and oilseeds in Hola Prystan (Kherson region) amounted to UAH 500 million, First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Maksym Nefyodov has said.
"I was honored to be present at the launch of the new river handling and storage complex of Nibulon LLC. Some UAH 500 million of investment, 76,000 tonnes of storage, 1,500 builders, 120 permanent jobs, reduced load on the roads," he wrote on his Facebook page.
According to Nefyodov, a new Skif harvester manufactured by Kherson machine building plant was presented during the opening of the terminal.
"They promise the quality like that of the Finnish partners, but the price is half as much. Now we need to launch mass production and work on localization," the first deputy minister noted.
As reported, in early July Nibulon commissioned a transshipment terminal for grain and oilseeds in Hola Prystan.
Nibulon LLC was established in 1991. It is one of the largest operators in the grain market of the country. It has elevators with a total capacity of about 2 million tonnes, as well as its own transshipment terminal with a capacity of 5 million tonnes in Mykolaiv.
