PrivatBank (Kyiv) Board Chairman Oleksandr Shlapak has confirmed the negotiations with the former owners of the financial institution regarding the restructuring of the loan portfolio to related parties are underway.

"The negotiations are underway... No results yet, but they are ongoing," he said at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine.
