Metinvest Group transfers 50% of Central GOK from Metinvest B.V. to Metinvest Management B.V.

Metinvest international vertically integrated mining and metallurgical group has transferred 50% of the shares in PJSC Central ore mining and processing combine (Central GOK, Dnipropetrovsk region) from parent company Metinvest B.V. to Metinvest Management B.V. (both based in the Netherlands, registered at the same address).

According to a plant report in the information disclosure system of the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market, with reference to data from PJSC National Depository of Ukraine received on March 14, the owners of more than 10% of the company's shares in the register of shareholders as of March 10, 2017 had changed.

According to the document, the share of Metinvest B.V. decreased from 99.7481% of the charter capital in Central GOK (99.8965% in the total number of voting shares) to 49.7481% (49.8221% of the total number of voting shares) due to the sale of the shares in the secondary market.

At the same time, the share of Metinvest Management B.V. in the enterprise increased from zero to 50% of the charter capital (50.0744% in the total number of voting shares) as a result of the acquisition of the shares in the secondary market.

The Metinvest press service has not yet explained the reasons for the change in the structure of the plant's shareholders and whether such changes will take place in other companies of the group.
