A working group for accelerating corporate management reform at national joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrainy has approved draft amendments to regulations of the company, the press service of Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Kistion has said.

The document was discussed at a meeting on November 30.

"The amendments aim at creating the conditions for independent functioning of public joint-stock company Ukrtransgaz in the transition period [before the new operator of the gas transport system beings operating] and removing the conflict situation seen earlier," the press service said.

The working group also considered draft documents updating the terms of reforms at Naftogaz.
