It is necessary to continue taking resolute measures to deregulate doing business - Poroshenko

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko considers it necessary to continue taking measures to deregulate doing business in the country.

"I am confident, and today we'll talk about this with the prime minister and the first deputy premier, it is necessary to extend our resolute actions for deregulation. This is what businesses expect from us and this is not just reduction in the number of licenses, permits, certificates," he said at a meeting of the National Reforms Council.

Poroshenko said this concerns, in particular, the issue of simplifying connection to power grids, because, according to him, the period of connection to power grids in Ukraine, according to the World Bank's estimates, is 263 days, while in South Korea it takes only 18.
