Shareholders in public joint-stock company PFTS stock exchange (Kyiv) have reshuffled the supervisory board and replaced nine of 15 its members.

The exchange said in a press release that the decision was made at an annual general meting on April 1, 2015.

Olena Amitan, Anatoliy Amelin, Yuriy Boiko, Serhiy Bordovich, Volodymyr Voloshka and Andriy Potapov are old members of the board.

Hanna Biletska (a representative of Boline Ltd), Serhiy Biriuk (Megabank), Yevhen Venichuk (Pravana Ltd), Volodymyr Halai (Boline Ltd), Maryan Zablotsky (Parvana Ltd), Oleh Kobzev (Eurobank), Oleh Mozgovy (Pravana Ltd), Yuriy Alekseyenko (Crookston Limited) and Andriy Kholodian (Pravana Ltd) were elected new members of the board.

One of the participants in the meeting told Interfax-Ukraine three Cypriot companies - Boline Ltd, Parvana Ltd and Crookston Limited – voted on behalf of the buyer of shares earlier belonged to Moscow Exchange (Russia).
