Ukraine's Economic Development and Trade Ministry has hired Odgers Berndtson, which is engaged in the executive recruitment and international executive search, to select candidates for the positions of independent members of NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy's supervisory board, the ministry's press service said in a statement.

The composition of the supervisory board will be endorsed by the Economic Development and Trade Ministry," the statement said.

Odgers Berndtson's services will be paid by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
