NBU decides to liquidate Integral-Bank

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), under the proposal of the Individuals' Deposit Guarantee Fund, has decided to revoke the license of PJSC Integral-Bank and liquidate it, according to the website of the regulator.

"Integral-Bank was recognized as insolvent in August 2015 in connection with its failure to fulfill its obligations. Afterwards, it was discovered that the bank was displaying clients' data in the bank's accounting documents, which were not made within the prescribed legislation period. In addition, the bank's performance deteriorated. Due to a lack of funds, the bank did not carry out the legitimate claims of depositors and other creditors on time and in full," reads the report.

As reported, the National Bank of Ukraine on September 15 decided to declare Integral-Bank insolvent, and the deposit guarantee fund placed the bank under temporary administration the next day.
