PJSC Ukrnafta intends to sign a contract with the international recruitment company Odgers Berndtson (in Ukraine the company is represented by Talent Advisors), the press service of the company has reported.

"Within a few weeks we have considered offers from recruitment agencies, which should help in selecting staff for strategically important posts. Ukrnafta plans in the near future to sign a contract with the international recruitment company Odgers Berndtson," the company said.

According to the press service, new Ukrnafta head Mark Rollins by his order of October 8 suspended the hiring of new employees, except for special cases, as the personnel policy will be changed.

"Ukrnafta has for the last five years has not engaged in the centralized reduction of employees. At the same time, staff optimization and redistribution contributes to reducing business costs. In the situation when oil prices are very low, it is necessary to be more cost-effective," the press service said citing Mark Rollins.
