Public joint-stock company Ukrnafta has fulfilled its liabilities on paying dividends to national joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrainy for 2014, sending UAH 632.3 million to the national budget, the press service of the company said on October 2.

The press service said that dividends are UAH 23.32 per share.

"This was also one of the key liabilities of the new board chairman of Ukrnafta, Mark Rollins. This liability was fulfilled in the full amount, in accordance with the terms," reads the report.
