The purchase of corporatization of the Ukrposhta state postal communication enterprise is the centralization of company management, which would allow reducing the administrative staff and reduce expenses on it, First Deputy Infrastructure Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Shulmeister has said.

"There will be the single procurement system, the single procurement control system and the single management register. Everything is required to restructure and reform the company. Ukrposhta still remains in "Soviet times" in many things, and we want that it returns leading positions," he said.

As reported, the Cabinet of Ministers under resolution No. 728 of July 17 ordered to reorganize Ukrposhta into a public joint-stock company, 100% of shares in which belongs to the state and cannot be sold. The government also ordered that the Infrastructure Ministry takes measures as a part of the implementation of the resolution.
