PrivatBank submits required documents, report to ISE – bank's press service

PrivatBank (Dnipropetrovsk) has presented all the required documents and the annual report to the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE), the bank's press service reported on Wednesday.

"ISE today confirmed that it received all the required documents and the report of PrivatBank under the requirements for deals with class B and class C bonds of the issuer of Ukraine Mortgage Loan Finance No.1 Plc," the press service said.

The exchange reported that at 1000 London time it lifted all the restrictions imposed on July 1 on the bonds.

As reported, the ISE suspended deals with class B and class C bonds of the issuer of Ukraine Mortgage Loan Finance No.1 Plc, which were issued in 2007 as part of PrivatBank (Dnipropetrovsk) deals on credits securitization due to a delay of the publication of the annual report.

PrivatBank was founded in 1992.

According to the bank, its largest shareholders are Hennadiy Boholiubov and Ihor Kolomoisky (45.3349% each).

The bank was the largest bank among the 133 banks operating in the country on April 1, 2015 by total assets (UAH 248.041 billion), according to the National Bank of Ukraine.

In spring 2008 PrivatBank issued class A bonds worth $85.8 million, class B bonds worth $18.7 million, and class C bonds worth $5.5 million (all due in 2018) as a part of the deals on securitization of car credits. All these bonds were issued at a floating interest.
