Private joint-stock pharmaceutical company Biofarma (Kyiv) saw a 9.91% decline in net profit in 2014, to UAH 25.801 million, the company said in a report in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market of Ukraine.

The company said that the distribution of profit and losses and the results of the company's operation will be discussed by its shareholders at a general meeting scheduled for April 24, 2015.

As reported, Biofarma saw an 81.25% rise in net profit in 2013, to UAH 28.64 million.

Biofarma produces over 20 types of immunobiological medicines from donors' blood and probiotics.

The company is fully owned by Niobera Investments Limited.
