In 2014, Kyiv-based Dobrobut ta Zahist PrJSC insurance company made UAH 2.624 million in net income, in contrast to a UAH 626,000 loss in 2013.

This was reported in the statement on the holding of a shareholders' meeting on April 29, 2015.

According to the statement, the total volume of assets grew by 3.1%, to UAH 103.829 million. In addition, the insurer's permanent assets grew 13 times, to UAH 247,000, and long-term financial investment grew by 40.9%, to UAH 12.547 million.

The total sum of accounts receivable dropped by 2.4%, to UAH 54.111 million, cash and cash equivalents also fell, to UAH 34.808 million.

The company's worth grew by 2.7%, to UAH 99.388 million.

The insurer's staff remained unchanged; 18 people are currently employed.

The company's charter capital remained at UAH 65.562 million.

Dobrobut ta Zahist was registered in 2001. It is part of the financial holding that includes Cyprus-based Abarta Investments Limited assets management company, Onyx Finance mortgage manager and broker, International Investment Holding Company, Forte insurer, which specializes in risk insurance, and Forte Life and Astrum Life, which offer financial services in personal life insurance.
