INGO Ukraine's net income in 2014 amounts to UAH 56 mln

The net income of Kyiv-based INGO Ukraine insurance company in 2014 was UAH 55.99 million, in contrast to the firm's UAH 18.617 million loss in 2013.

This was announced in the statement on the holding of a general shareholder's meeting on April 22, which was posted in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine.

According to the statement, the total amount of the insurer's assets was UAH 1.173 billion by the beginning of 2015, which was 23.1% more year-over-year. That includes cash growth and cash equivalents of 44%, or UAH 323.597 million.

At the same time, the company's permanent assets dropped by 2%, or UAH 178.705 million.

The insurer's net worth increased by 13.7%, or UAH 439.313 million.

In addition, current liabilities in the liability side of the balance-sheet grew by 34.7%, or UAH 162.661 million.

The charter capital remained at UAH 305.543 million.

The number of employees fell by 89, to 509 people.

INGO Ukraine has been operating since 1994. It has a central office in Kyiv, 25 branches in all the regional centers of Ukraine and more than 100 customer service offices. The insurer has licenses for 28 types of compulsory and voluntary insurance. The company's clientele includes corporate customers and individuals.
