Public joint-stock company AvtoKrAZ (Kremenchuk, Poltava region), the only heavy truck producer in Ukraine, tentatively saw UAH 135.26 million in net loss in 2014, while in 2013 its net profit stood at UAH 19.79 million.

According to a company report on the holding of a general meeting of its shareholders scheduled for March 26, uncovered loss totaled UAH 127.1 million as of January 1, 2015 compared to UAH 9.42 million a year ago.

Current liabilities grew by 8.8% last year, to UAH 3.406 billion and long-term liabilities soared by 66.7%, to UAH 1.359 billion.

The company boosted bills receivable by 15.3%, to UAH 2.25 billion, and the company's assets in general grew by 14.5%, to UAH 5.383 billion.

The number of employees fell only by 10 persons in 2014, to 3,681.

The agenda of the meeting includes the reports of the company's management boards, amendments to the regulations and the reshuffling of the management boards.

AvtoKrAZ makes 33 basic vehicle models, and more than 260 modifications and trim levels for civilian and military vehicles.

AvtoKrAZ is part of the Finance and Credit financial and industrial group, controlled by Ukrainian businessman Kostiantyn Zhevaho.
