Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers has put the public joint-stock company Centrenergo and Odesa and Kherson combined heat power plants on the list of state-owned facilities of the fuel and energy complex, which will be put up for sale.

The Cabinet issued relevant resolution No. 1089-r dated November 7, 2014 and posted it on its website, on November 14.
