Ukraine's Deputy Foreign Minister Andriy Olefirov will go to Brussels on June 11 to participate in the EU-Ukraine consultations at the level of political directors.

"This event is part of the schedule of political dialogue between Ukraine and the EU for this year, held in the frames of cooperation on common foreign and security policy," Acting Director of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry's Information Policy Department Yevhen Perebyinis said.

He added that the EU delegation at the talks would be led by Deputy Secretary General of the European External Action Service Helga Schmid.

The agenda of the talks includes a discussion of the EU-Ukraine relations, first of all the preparation for the signing of the Association Agreement at the Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius in November of 2013, and the exchange of opinions on a wide range of regional and international issues.
