A number of hotlines to help Ukrainians learn new rules of the state registration of ownership rights to immovable property were launched in Ukraine on January 1, 2013, the Justice Ministry reported.

"These hotlines will operate in Kyiv and in each region," the report said.

The hotlines were opened in connection with the introduction of a new procedure for the state registration of rights to land and ownership rights to immovable property starting from January 1, 2013.

The contact details are posted on the Web site of the Justice Ministry.

As reported, the State Registration Service has been created in Ukraine, which will have the function of the state registration of ownership rights to property from January 1, 2013, while the Technical Inventory Bureau will have the function of conducting an inventory.
